About this role

At LMK Infotech you’ll join a multidisciplinary team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers tackling complex problems for Fortune 500 clients. Your expertise will shape robust AI systems that drive decision‑making across industries.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable AI/ML models tailored to client business objectives.
• Build end‑to‑end data pipelines integrating feature engineering, MLOps tooling, and monitoring frameworks.
• Establish model governance, ethics guidelines, and continuous performance evaluation processes.
• Mentor junior engineers and collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Optimize system performance and reliability through profiling, resource management, and automated testing.

What we're looking for

• 3+ years of professional experience building production AI/ML solutions in a consulting or enterprise environment.
• Proficiency in Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Hands‑on expertise with MLOps platforms such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or similar.
• Strong background in data engineering: SQL, ETL pipelines, and cloud storage services.
• Demonstrated ability to design monitoring dashboards and alerting for model drift and latency.

Bonus points

• Experience deploying models on AWS SageMaker, Azure ML, or GCP Vertex AI.
• Knowledge of explainable AI techniques (SHAP, LIME) and bias mitigation strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development practices and client‑facing project delivery.
• Contributions to open source ML libraries or community talks.
